Direct flights to Bonito (BYO) are seasonal and almost always full. The real route is CGR (Campo Grande) + 300 km in a rental car. 4 hours on solid asphalt via BR-262 and MS-345.
Unified Voucher System: every tour is sold only through a licensed agency, with prices fixed by Comtur (the local tourism council). There is no negotiation. Book 30 to 45 days ahead in high season.
Rio da Prata (USD 85-110) and Rio Sucuri (USD 50-67) are the two snorkel floats worth the investment. Aquário Natural isn't.
Estância Mimosa delivers 5 waterfalls in a full day for USD 35-50. Boca da Onça is only worth it if the 90 m rappel is the highlight of your trip.
Serious window: May to September. January to March the floats get cancelled by rain and turbid water — 30 mm of rain in Bonito and the next day's tour evaporates.
