Gastronomy for Voyspark is broader than foodie. It also includes the central market, rural production, family tradition, the dish's history. When you go to Modena to understand balsamic vinegar, or to Tokyo to understand small-batch sake, or to Tucumán to understand empanadas — you're doing real gastronomic travel.

Voyspark curates gastronomic itineraries in layers: market in the morning (understand the ingredient), lunch at a producer's home (understand origin), neo-bistro at night (understand the contemporary). Three meals, three layers, a city understood through the mouth.

Don't confuse it with a Michelin tour. Expensive restaurants are one layer — but good gastronomic travel also has the corner bar, the market, the bakery, the farm. Gastronomy is also the tapa in Seville, the ceviche on a Lima beach, the warm pastel de nata in Belém.
