Terms of Service

By accessing voyspark.com or any related subdomain, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any clause, do not use the service.

If you use Voyspark on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" also refers to the entity.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a highlighted notice on the site at least 15 days in advance for active users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

"Voyspark" or the "Platform" means the voyspark.com website, any mobile applications and any associated services operated by Ambrosio Company. "User" is any person accessing the Platform. "User Content" includes texts, photos, reviews, Trip Diaries, comments, profiles and any other materials submitted by users.

"Partner" means third-party providers integrated via editorial affiliation (airlines, OTAs, hotel chains, car rentals, experience platforms). "Voyspark AI" refers to artificial intelligence features powered by models such as Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI).

"Subscription" means any paid plan (Premium, Pro, AI, Black). "Google Account" means the Google credential used to sign in via OAuth 2.0.

Voyspark is a brand operated by Ambrosio Company, a Brazilian company headquartered in São Paulo. We operate as an editorial media and travel intelligence curator, with a hybrid model: premium subscriptions plus editorial affiliate commission.

Our purpose is to redesign how people research, plan and live travel, combining artificial intelligence, human curation and real-time data from official partners.

Voyspark does NOT sell tickets, accommodations, insurance, transfers or tourism packages. We act as an information intermediary and editorial bridge between the user and official partners such as Travelpayouts, Aviasales, Hotellook, Booking.com, Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Skiplagged, Omio, TripAdvisor, Decolar, 123Milhas, DiscoverCars, KiwiTaxi and World Nomads, among others.

When you click a link and complete a purchase with a partner, we may receive a commission on the transaction value. This commission is paid by the partner and does not change the final price you pay.

The contractual relationship of the booking is exclusively between you and the chosen partner. Payments, ticket issuance, vouchers, cancellations, refunds and operational support are the responsibility of that partner, under its own terms.

Voyspark maintains editorial independence: our curation, rankings and recommendations are driven by user value, not by commission value. Whenever a material commercial relationship exists, we tag it as "partner" or "affiliate".

To use authenticated features (saved Trip Plans, unlimited AI, paid plans, Insider Network) you need to create an account. Sign-up can be done by email/password or via Sign in with Google (OAuth 2.0).

Minimum age: 13 in Brazil (with parental or guardian responsibility between 13 and 18), 16 in the European Union (with parental consent below that age where local law requires it) and 18 where local law sets such threshold for digital contracting.

Google Sign-in: by choosing to sign in with Google you authorize Voyspark to receive, exclusively, your Google account identifier, email, full name and profile picture. These data are used solely to create/authenticate your account, display your name and avatar within the platform and contact you about the service.

We do not request and do not have access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or any other sensitive scope. We do not share these data with third parties and do not use them to train AI models.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, protecting your device and for all activities performed from your account. In case of unauthorized use, contact legal@voyspark.com immediately.

Voyspark offers paid plans on a monthly or annual subscription basis, processed securely by Stripe Inc. Current prices and benefits are always available at voyspark.com/pricing.

Renewal is automatic at the end of each cycle, unless you cancel before the billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account panel, effective at the end of the already-paid period.

Pro-rata refund: we offer a proportional refund of the unused value within the first 14 days of a new annual subscription, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Brazilian Consumer Code. After that period, no retroactive refunds, but you retain access until the end of the paid cycle.

Promotions, coupons and regional pricing (PPP) may have specific rules, always detailed in the offer. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be displayed depending on jurisdiction.

Voyspark AI uses third-party language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT and others) to generate itinerary suggestions, destination recommendations, answers to questions and contextual curation. These outputs are guidance, not contractual guarantees.

You acknowledge that AI responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated data or incorrect interpretations. Decisions with real-world impact (ticket purchases, hotel bookings, visas, vaccines, borders) must always be validated against official sources before action.

In particular: visa requirements, health requirements, customs rules and baggage regulations must be confirmed directly with the consular websites, health ministries and competent authorities of the destination.

Voyspark does not train its own models with your private conversations. AI logs may be used in anonymized and aggregated form to improve prompts and detect abuse, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

By posting Trip Diaries, reviews, photos, comments, Insider Network answers or any other content, you represent that you own the necessary rights and grant Voyspark a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, translate, index and promote that content within the service and in official marketing channels.

This license persists while the content is published and for a reasonable retention period in backups after removal. You may delete content at any time; Voyspark may keep backup copies for up to 90 days.

User content is moderated by automated systems and a human team. We reserve the right to remove, hide or refuse content that violates these terms.

It is expressly forbidden to: (a) use the platform for unlawful purposes or against public order; (b) publish defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights; (c) perform scraping, massive mining, reverse engineering or unauthorized automated access; (d) bypass technical limits, payment mechanisms or moderation systems.

Also forbidden: (e) create fake accounts, multiple accounts to abuse promotional benefits, or impersonate another person; (f) send spam, phishing, malware or any unsolicited communication; (g) use Voyspark AI to generate content that violates applicable laws or the underlying model providers’ policies.

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, account termination, refusal of refund and, where applicable, notification to the competent authorities.

All original editorial content, source code, design, visual identity, brand, logo, curated database, custom typography, AI prompts, editorial taxonomy and other Voyspark intellectual assets belong to Ambrosio Company and/or are licensed to us, and are protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and use the platform under these terms. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, derivative works or commercial exploitation — requires prior written authorization.

Logos, trade names, registered trademarks and other distinctive signs of airlines, hotel chains, destinations, attractions and partners mentioned on the platform belong to their respective holders. Their use here is purely editorial, informative and indicative, in the context of journalistic, comparative coverage and authorized official affiliation.

No mention of a third-party mark implies sponsorship, endorsement or corporate affiliation between such holder and Voyspark, except where expressly stated.

Voyspark provides the service "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of partner integration failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voyspark shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, moral damages, data loss or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, quality of service, safety, baggage loss, check-in problems or commercial disputes with airlines, hotels, car rentals, experience platforms or insurers. These items are the responsibility of the supplier with whom you completed the transaction.

In any case and regardless of the theory of liability invoked, Voyspark’s total liability to the user shall be limited to the amount actually paid by that user to Voyspark in the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Voyspark, its affiliates, directors, employees and partners harmless from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your breach of these terms; (b) infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (c) content posted by you on the platform.

Voyspark may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or product changes. Previous versions are archived and may be requested at legal@voyspark.com.

Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. If you disagree with the new version, you must terminate your account before the effective date. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You may terminate your account at any time from the settings panel or by requesting deletion at dpo@voyspark.com. After termination, your personal data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, including legal retention periods.

Voyspark may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in case of breach of these terms, suspicion of fraud, legal request, behavior that puts other users at risk, or prolonged delinquency in paid subscriptions.

For users residing in Brazil, the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, including the Consumer Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

For users residing in the European Union, the law of the country of habitual residence applies, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). For users in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by CPRA, applies subsidiarily.

The jurisdiction of São Paulo, Brazil, is elected as competent to resolve non-consumer disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to opt for the jurisdiction of their domicile when provided by law.

Before any judicial action, we encourage you to contact legal@voyspark.com to seek an amicable solution. Voyspark responds to notifications within 10 business days.

For Brazilian consumers, the Consumidor.gov.br platform is also available. For EU consumers, the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is available.
