- Is Voyspark free?
- Yes. The editorial guides, the tools and the trip planner are open, no sign-up needed. There is a Premium subscription for the full archive without a paywall and higher AI limits, but nothing essential sits behind it.
- How do you make money if you don't charge?
- Affiliate commission when you book a flight, hotel, tour or insurance through our links, at no extra cost to you. It never decides what we recommend: the editorial curation is independent, and we say when something isn't worth it even when that costs us the commission.
- How many languages is the site available in?
- Sixteen: Brazilian and European Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Indonesian, Turkish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. Translation is done by native speakers, not machine translation.
- Are the prices shown real?
- Flight prices come live from our search partners. Accommodation prices are estimated ranges, not real-time quotes — we say so on screen instead of faking precision. Currency conversion uses the day's rate, not a fixed table.
- What does Voyspark's AI actually do?
- Spark builds a day-by-day itinerary, works out the budget, remembers what you said you like and saves items straight into your Expedition. It doesn't invent prices or book for you: when it doesn't know, it says so and sends you to the real search.
- Do I need an account to plan a trip?
- Not to start. You can build the itinerary and use the tools without signing up. An account is for syncing across devices, inviting the people travelling with you to edit alongside you, and keeping past trips.
- Can we plan as a group?
- Yes. An Expedition takes collaborators with edit rights, per-item comments, voting on choices, and expense splitting settled by currency. Edits from other people show up without reloading the page.
- Do you sell flights or accommodation?
- No. Voyspark isn't a travel agency: we compare and hand you over to the site that sells, where the purchase happens with the supplier. Cancellations, changes and refunds are handled directly with whoever issued the booking.
